Guaranteeing the process. At Chestnut Hill Realty, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your apartment within the first 30 days of move-in, we will release you from you lease**. (see conditions below)

(**Conditions - Your move-out date must be within 30 days from the start of your lease. You will be responsible for the prorated rent, equal to the number of days the apartment was in your possession, as well as any damage to the apartment. If you chose to terminate your lease within the first 30 days of move-in, any concessions given to you by Chestnut Hill Realty will become void and may not be applied to the prorated rent owed. Any amenity fees paid will be refunded in full, however parking fees, and any other fees paid for that month are non-refundable.)
